At present, high-speed doors are used in all industrial sectors given their high added value: they streamline access, facilitate the movement of goods, allow different work zones to be sectioned off, improve efficiency and productivity, and reduce energy consumption and costs at facilities.
Our high-speed doors are specifically designed for the agri-food industry and supermarkets, given their use of anti-corrosion materials, aluminium and stainless steel finishes, and hygienic components. Furthermore, they can be installed in storage and freezer chambers. In this case, their perimeter and upper insulation is enhanced: we equip them with isothermal canvas and heat resistance features at critical points.
We also have doors for clean and white rooms, which are commonly used in the pharmaceutical and chemical sector. These doors offer greater watertightness and reduced air permeability. In addition, all components that are likely to accumulate dirt have been concealed and they can be equipped with opening systems that ensure maximum hygiene: interlock between two or more doors, and contactless opening.
If a high-speed door is to be installed on the outside of the industrial premises, for warehouses with a high turnover of vehicles entering and leaving we recommend the high-speed stackable or fold-up door, given that it offers greater wind resistance and can be manufactured in much larger sizes than roll-up doors.
All our doors stand out due to their quick assembly, safety and the reliability of their electrical components, which reduce maintenance and ensure operations at your facilities are not affected by continual repairs. Moreover, they can be manufactured with self-inserting canvas in the event of impact, which allows the canvas to automatically return to its position within the guides and the door to continue functioning normally.
We have a plethora of opening systems that will meet the specific requirements of each facility, optimising the functions of our high-speed doors and the movement of goods at industrial premises.
